I understand that my
participation in dog
training classes or
seminars (hereby
referred to as training)
includes an element of
risk for me, my
attending family
members/guests and my
dog, which includes
without limitation the
risk of illness, falls,
bites and injury through
contact with other
participants, their
dogs, and/or the
interior/exterior
surroundings of any
facility where training
takes place.
I
understand that
participation by me, my
attending family
members/guests and my
dog is voluntary and
that I am aware of the
risks involved in
participating in these
and other training
activities and that each
person hereby expressly
agrees to hold harmless
Schraderhaus K9 and its
staff/employees, owners,
agents, and family
members as well as it’s
trainers and any other
person(s) who may
participate on behalf of
this facility, harmless
from any liability
whatsoever resulting
from injuries and/or
damages sustained as a
result of participation
in the training, even
though such liability
may arise out of
negligence or
carelessness on the part
of the persons named or
described above in this
Waiver and Release.
I, and attending
family members/guests,
individually and on
behalf of their
respective heirs,
assigns or successors,
hereby expressly waives,
releases and discharges
Schraderhaus K9 and it’s
staff/employees, owners,
agents, and family
members as well as it’s
trainers and any other
person(s) who may
participate on behalf of
this facility from any
all claims, demands,
injuries, demands or
causes of action that
are in any way related
to participation in the
training, even though
such liability may arise
out of negligence or
carelessness on the part
of the persons named or
described above in this
Waiver and Release.
Schraderhaus K9 makes no
representations,
guarantees or promises,
expressed or implied,
that any training
received through this
facility or it’s
trainers will cure a dog
of any dangerous
propensities or actions.
Your signature
on this agreement states
that you understand
that, regardless of the
training received by the
animal, a dog always
possesses the propensity
and ability to bite.
I hereby agree to
indemnify and hold
harmless Schraderhaus K9
and its staff/employees,
owners, agents, and
family members as well
as it’s trainers and any
other person(s) who may
participate on behalf of
their facility from any
and all claims, or
claims by any member of
my family or any other
person while on the
grounds of their
facility or any other
facility where training
takes place, the
surrounding area
thereto, or on my own
property or in a public
area as a result of any
action by any dog,
including my own.
I affirm
and have proof that
my dog is current on
all vaccinations as
required for my dog.
I agree to abide by
all rules presented
during the training.
I also
understand that
Schraderhaus K9
and/or their
trainers may use
pictures/videos of
my dog or me for
promotional purposes
without liability or
obligation to me.
All other Video
taping or cell phone
videos are not
allowed during
training class
unless pre-approved
IN ADVANCE by
Schraderhaus K9 and
their trainers.
